CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Standard Furniture Items

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: Cancellation is possible with a 10% processing fee
  • Once shipped: Cancellation is not available; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement with no charge
  • After 48 hours: Custom orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately
  • A 25% cancellation fee applies if production has already started

Interior Design Services

  • Consultation bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment may incur a PKR 2,000 cancellation fee
  • Design projects in progress: Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement

Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Processing

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Custom-designed or personalized furniture pieces
  • Special order items made to your specifications
  • Clearance or final sale items
