1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dcasainteriors.com and the purchase of furniture, home décor, and interior design services from D'Casa Interiors, operating in Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for custom projects. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Custom Orders & Design Services

Custom furniture and interior design projects require advance consultation, measurements, and approval of designs. A deposit may be required before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Timelines for custom projects will be communicated during consultation and may vary based on complexity and material availability.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery is available across Pakistan. Delivery charges and timelines vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of order. We offer professional installation services for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location. Any delays caused by inaccessible premises or incorrect address information are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information. Standard products may be eligible for return or exchange within the specified period if unused and in original condition. Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

7. Product Warranty

D'Casa Interiors stands behind the quality of our furniture. Manufacturing defects will be addressed in accordance with our warranty terms. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or installation is not covered. Warranty claims must be reported within the specified period with proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

D'Casa Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on dcasainteriors.com, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of D'Casa Interiors and protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. 12. Force Majeure

D'Casa Interiors shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
